Home Maid Services Chembur Office_Not received Refund

I have enrolled for Maid Service from Home Maid Service Agency on 13th July. I required a Cook maid early morning i.e 6 am and they agreed for the same but maid not able to work for early morning. After 3 to 4 days i hired cook and i told them to please cancel the contract and refund my money. After some arguments the agency has ready to refund the money but this conversation has happened verbally. As per my discussion with employee on 21st July to drop this on mail for my reference but i haven’t received any confirmation on mail. Still i am trying to connect call for mail request but they are not picking up my call. I have drop massage on the number but no revert yet.

Requesting you to please help on this. As the agency service is so bad.
