Horrible service from Sun Direct Service charge collected for nothing

Frustrated with SUN Direct Service. 15-08-2019 Service man fix the signal strength by charging service charge. After 1 week problem came again. When i gave complaint they are asking for service charge . They do not want to solve . Just argument and sell the spare parts that too without guarantee nor warranty. I think this is habit to sun direct to collect service charge for doing nothing. Please do the needful.
