In the zip drive loan all the dealers are not mentioned, i applied for a delear but the car is not available with him. now don’t know th procedure to cancel and reapply, also called customer service 2 times. 1 says the loan will be auto cancelled and no charges since it is not disbursed to delaer since i have not provided the code, but other service executive said i need to visit bank and cancel as emi’s will start from next month. i have salary account with them and then i am struggling for information.
being a previladged customer, i should have a place to get correct info, i have loan available from other bank but my mistake i throught i have salary account here so this will be quick and smooth

We suggest you write to the dealer and ask them to cancel the application and ask for refund of deposit if any.
Also write to the bank that you have cancelled the booking and ask them canel your loan application and return the EMI cheque.
If you delay the above procedure you may land in unwanted problems.
