I have booked LPG gas cylinder online and paid amount of Rs 902.50 for the same.
Today when delivery boy came to my home to deliver cylinder, he was refusing to take the empty cylinder saying that empty cylinder is damaged. However I have no any source to refill cylinder other than ‘Adishakti Gas Agency’. Hence, obviously this empty cylinder was provided by agency itself. And there should be no any reason to refuse to take this empty cylinder.
I have no any other cylinder apart from this one. Because of the behavior of the agency (delivery boy) I am not able to avail refill of gas cylinder. And at last raising this consumer complaint.
I believe, no any agency should refuse to take’ the empty domestic gas cylinder’ which is provided by the same Agency. It is very panic situation for me. How can I fight with these guys, any help please!
