I had come in trap where company name HS enterprises in gujrat gave me an agreement to avail the job but in that i had tried many times to get login to that site by my cell phone or laptop but I can’t get logged in and after some time it was written that your account has been blocked so by that i didn’t get any data entry work from that. Now after much time they have calling me and say to give them money and sending me legal notice also by advocate agnijeet desai whose email address is axxxxxxxxxxx5@gmail.

Recently I got trapped in the data entry job that is we have complete 10000 captcha in 10 days , after I have joined this …the company send me the I’d and password and a agreement by Hs Enterprise, the I’d and password only work one day after that it stop working and when inform them they didn’t reply me…After searching about this company I come know this all are fraud..

Hello I already work for this company as a telecaller by mistake ,so if any one have problem then email me on mitesh003mitesh{at}gmail.com and I give you solution and don’t take stress it is all fraud and I told you by my experience of one month in this telecalling job.
The same thing also happened with me i applied on quikr for data entry jobs . One girl called me from this hs enterprise asked me to enter 1000 captcha per day for 10 days i.e. 10k captcha i sended the girl my adhar card pic and my signature and my email id as i got the agreement i googled and saw the reviews that the company is fake so i didnt entered captcha more than 5 0r 7 i guess now its been 15 – 16 days and i got a call from a guy who is calling himself an advocate and asking me to pay the amount or he will send notice of 1 and half lakhs . I contacted the cyber cell of my area and she told me that they are fake nothing to worry but for saftey its better to lodge a complaint to the nearest police station.

Hi friends. Being a simple man ( Joy, Darjeeling) I belielieved. HS Enterprise. For on line Capcha work. Agreement papers they have signed, by, otp. Which is not genuine. As per agreement it’s mentioned if I am unable to give satisfactory service to client have to pay registration fees 6900.but,actually I could not, start the job. On 31st July 2020 got a sudden call from legal Advocate she said, name – Naina Mehta said if i don’t pay with in 2 hours summons to be send from Gujrat court. And my area contentment zone due to covid – 19. After paying still they said by advocate I have to pay 11 months contract, which is not mentioned in agreement. That also have paid. ( according to them its not 11months charge, it’s less charge. After that also I have to go to Gujrat for Digital signature for closing the things. Due to covid I am jobless since March 2020, again they were blackmailing me by sending legal notice & so on.
Hello I got a what’s app Text from a number for online captcha work.The person didn’t explain full details about how I have to pay the money if I can’t finish within deadline. after signing the contract I got documents and s phone call starting the above mentioned so I ask the agent on what’sapp about this but I don’t get any definite answer. So i asked to cancel the job but got rudely dissmed off , I contacted the helpline told me to pay 6900 rs for cancellations and after I did that,they are telling me to pay 6900 rs if they will file a case and send me legal notice . I m scared, what to do please halo me
Same thing i faced a provlem and filed a case againg the company my Mobile number in which i recieved a call. kindly file a case on Consumer forum and online on Cybercrime.gov.in .

Hi frnzzz….dnt be panic n confuse ur self’s…….i also a person who facing the above problem which are facing by u ppl……i consult my nearest lawer n polie station and explain the whole matter….firstly they scold on me n said put a complain with evidences what u have…….and block them in mail,wattsapp,messagaes n also in calls also dont respond to the unknown numbers because again u will be panic…..

They keep calling me.. which aa guy name Called Adv Dipik patel.. who knows he is lawyer or not.. any way am also trapped.. at last i fed up with them and i called cyber cell…. They told dont worry let them Case a file against we will see.. like that.. U guys Block all their contacts and leave it….

Don’t be panic guys just chill. Iam also trapped in this I bad not paid a single penny to them and not going to pay also . Don’t worry just block the no. From which they are calling and leave it don’t think about it . Live as you are living before this
They only try to play with your mind so do not attend any call from them . But do not delete any msg keep it as a proof . Be cool and live a happy life.
I am also trapped by hs enterprises they are telling me to give them money to resolve the case but I am from poor family I can’t afford this much money at a time please help me. Guys Relax! This company, it’s agreement, it’s numbers all things are fake! Watch the agreement carefully. It is copied. See date. It must be old. Bhai photoshop ka zmana h.. No witness while signing! No interview! If they are registering you with 6900 amount then will they not check that you have paying capacity or not by seeing your bank statement and ITR.??!! An agreement require witness and physical presence to sign. They are fraud people sitting in a single room to cheat! And how can someone file FIR or case without even talking once?
Don’t pay a single rupee!! Wo kya case krege you can go and file case of fraud against them.
