I purchased mobile on 18/02/2015, in dec-2015, its speaker stopped working and fixed it under warranty but again it stopped working after 2 months, later after using 13 months from purchase it went dead while charging. I was not using it for heavy use or not did overnight charging. For repair service center (PUNE) charged me 9059/- for motherboard replacement on 24/05/2016. after that i was using it even more gently to avoid any problems, but it started to suddenly power off while using even if battery had 45+ % on it, heating issue, etc etc. but from last month my both the sim cards not detecting in my mobile.I never removed them from a year to get any physical damage by me. it suddenly stopped working. and now the service center(PUNE) asking me 10k for replacement of motherboard.
i purchased it for 23200/- and repair cost is 9059/- within 33 months. It is around 1000/- for 1 month. and again they are asking for 10k.
my replaced motherboard also lasted for only 14 months with giving me soo many problems. there are lots of people complaining about getting motherboard problem with HTC desire 820 in 13-14 months but HTC is not recalling or replacing their faulty motherboard. i want my money back or need my motherboard to be replaced.
