I had ordered an Ice cream using uber eats. The traker said, it should be delivered within 20-25 minutes. I was able to follow the rider in map, but the vehicle stopped at a certain place (as per the track option available in app), and the place was way away from my delivery . address. I waited for a while and called the guy, he said the order has been cancelled. the problem is money is debited from my paytm account, I dont know why. I am chasing uber for refund from yesterday, they are not responding- and giving a standard reply, saying they are compansating their partner for the time. What about customer’s money and how can I be charged without any fault.
