I have done a transaction on 5th June 2018 for the amount of 11,000 but the amount was not dispensed from the ATM and my account was debited by 11,000 which is my main concern. And I called us the customer care on same day they have given me a complaint number and closed it without any solution and information. After that I am makeing calls to customer care each day and every time they provide me the new complaint number and closed it without any solution. Every time I call them I get the same process each time. Almost 7 days past away and still waiting for the solution to it.
Again today on 11th June I called them up and they had provided me the same complaint number as on 7th june 2018.
I am not getting any solution to it.
Please help me out.
