My car policy was expired on 8th July, 2022 and I renewed it on 7th July and made payment online. But still I have not received my Policy from ICICI lombard and daily they give me excuse that our priority team working on the same and will revert you soon. I have also submitted my transaction and payment massage screen shoot to them on their request. Now they are neither refund me nor providing me policy. I have called many times to customer care executive but they did not resolved my issue till date.
