I took a new idea connection on June 16th 2017. The plan of 395 which I had verified that day was unlimited plan data and calling plan for without mention of any particular 4g handset. Now I’m not able to use data after 1 GB consumption per day but the plan stated that after I GB consumption the speed will reduce to 80 kbps and when I’m calling customer care they are telling about the plan which is currently thee and not about the plan which I activated and they are telling me that I won’t be able to use data now. I’m attaching a copy of the plant which I had taken a screenshot from the website which clearly states the plan which I took.
