I had placed an order for “Arrow Navy Tailored Fit Mens Single Beasted Formal Suit” on Dec 22nd 2017 which did not have the pants. As soon as we opened it and found that pants not to be there, i called customer care and raised a complaint. which they assured that will be addresses ASAP.
In return to the complaint they came up with a solution which says “Upon reviewing your case, we see that the product was shipped post stringent quality check .Hence we would not be able to provide refund for missing item”
This reply boiled me up to the core as shipping a product does not ensures that it will be delivered in same condition. What is the proof that the package had the pants before delivering it.
This was a 7300 Rs Product which is waste now and about what Myntra definitely does not have any value.
I had ordered products worth 40K on same day. You can imagine what level of trust has been broken up by one of the biggest online Merchant in India.
After spending 40K in one single day Myntra thinks that i am lying about a PANT. Is this is the value what company gives to their elite and regular customers.
This has annoyed me so much as this is not the first time its happening but earlier 2-3 months back also a similar incident had happened with me Where i placed an Order for BIBA layered Embroided Kurta and pallazo set where i did not get the Dupatta and layered sheer woven jacket whcih was eventually returned and refunded after raising complaints.
I want either the missing item to be delivered or refund for the complete product amount..
If i do not get my whole amount then i will sue Myntra till consumer court

My son also faced the same issue. He ordered for a headphone worth rs. 3000 and the main item(headphone) was missing in the neatly packaged box. Be careful of myntra, they don’t take responsibility of any misplaced items in the package.
Same happened to me recently…what to do … I had purchased navi blue kurta sets of Rangriti. In the package skirt and dupatta both were missing. I called several times on myntra. But their response was frustrating. Unreliable plateform to purchase anything.
Same things happened to me.got delivered half part of kurta and inner part was missing .now,they decline my claim and their customer care executive told me now they can’t do anything
i have orderd wildcraft mask combo pack 5 pcs 599 but when i got the package there is only 4 mask inside i dont know what to do !!!

Same thing happened to me today,very disappointed,I was suppose to receive 2 items,one is jacket and 2nd is Tommy Hilfiger belt,but belt is not there…even the packet was opend and repacked very intelligently…
I have faced the same issue today as well. Th product which I was supposed to get was Dressberry black pump shoes which cost me 1850 rupees. Now in the app it says the product delivered if but I haven’t received the product yet. I have raised the complaint twice but Myntra people is least bothered and on denial about their poor system and management .

Same happened with me.. out of two jeans , one was missing and one tshirt was missing… several times raised complaints but they denied the claim.. chor
I order boat smart watch and eye liner. I received the eye liner but the watch is missing(worth 2500/-), the seal in the box was tampered but the outer package is perfect but myntra denied my issue saying that the product was delivered post stringent quality check so they will not consider the problem and denied to give a refund or return for the product. Very disappointed from their service.
I had purchased three faces canada nail polish. Out of which I received one in good condition, another one was completed broken and the third package was empty. I got refund for the damaged item but when I complained for the empty package, their answer is ” your claim is declined”. They ask for the proof for the missing item. When I asked that I can give proof for damaged item only and not missing item, can myntra give me the proof that the item was dispatched and it was packed? They denied that we don’t provide any such proofs.
I escalated the matter to the senior level but guess what…I got the same reply.
Myntra is a big scam. Not reliable. I regret wasting so much time and money on Myntra in last 3-4 yrs.

Yesterday I faced the same issue. In one of my parcel, 3 products are missing. In app its showing everything got delivered, when I asked the delivery guy he said talk to customer care about it. Still I am waiting for their reply bt reading all the above comments, I am hopeless.

Please raise this on their Facebook page , Support email and be very firm. It would get addressed in few days but it will be resolved. Just don’t leave it like that and follow up daily.
I have faced this multiple times after that. Unfortunately these complaints from Myntra are very frequent now.
What I do now is doing COD, once I open the package and confirm everything is there, only then I pay them.
Similar thing happened to me ..I am a superspecialist doctor from ludhiana..received only jacket of the kurta set order..shirt and palazzo missing..I complained them within half hour ..m thunderstruck with their response that they delivered everything..reading all above comments..they think I will put my precious time falsely arguing about a 2 k thing ..but yah it’s a matter of trust..which they shatter badly ..I feel some of their employees are involved in slealing things seems like..which they are unable to check and they are harassing the customers ..It is such a shame on their part..i will pursue my case legally !!
Same thing happened to me.3 item suppose to deliver in one pack but when I opened 2 product missing rs 1500 . Complain multiple time they said that they can’t do anything, disconnect phone..Dont bye anything from Myntra they don’t take any responsibility don’t waste your valuable money ..
Myntra doesn’t not have a good customer service policy. They think that the customer provide false claim. Recently I ordered a libas kurta set, the kurta is missing I received only the dupatta and bottom and no price tag. When I raised the issue with customer care, they apologize several times and give lecture of their strict quality check. So I mail their grievance officer. It is just worthless. After spending thousands of rupees in Myntra they hardly care of any customer service. No refund neither any exchange
Recently,I have ordered a mango waist bag,the bag is missing.when I complain about the issue they apologise for that and told about their quality check .they said that if you have any video of opening the parcel then share that with us otherwise we can’t do anything .There is no benefit of talking about that issue to customer service.
I have faced a similar issue. My complaint has been denied twice after following up with them regularly for two weeks. I lost 2000Rs on a missing article but what has been more infuriating is the way they handle their customers. The customer support representatives are also made to rote learn a few sentences which they continuously speak like robots, that are also not answers to the customer’s questions.
Please tell me of there could be any other alternative.
Same thing happened with me. They missed tommy watch from the package. Package was torn and tapped . But they are not accepting their fault. Can someone please help me what can I do ?

I have ordered multiple products from Myntra. 2 of my products missing. Zero resolution given and they are saying it’s delivered. If they are not taking any proper investigation, it’s clear that Myntra is doing unethical business.
