Incorrect benefit received on BSNL recharge

Sir, I would like to say that as per tariff facility showing unlimited 2G/3G DATA (4GB/day) valid from 26/10/2017 to 23/01/2018 on Rs. 489/- recharge (photo copy is attached here). As per my need I recharged the same, but the data was provided to me only 2GB/day.

I contacted to customer care by 04 times dialing on 1503, but no satisfactory reply have been received by me. Hence, I requested to give the facility as per the given tariff plan which is urgently required to me please.
