Incorrect Invoicing and Program from education portal UpGrad

Here is the list of issues with online education Provider UpGrad – I have recently taken up an online MBA program from them however here some of the issue that they have not been able to resolve despite rigorous follow-up for a month now

1. Incorrect Billing done ( different amount shared on email Vs. Actual amount deducted through credit card payment)

2. No correct invoice and payment receipt issued by UpGrad till date

3. Two programs missing in the UpGrad platform. Payment done but cant see the program on Platform for last 30 days. Entrepreneurship reflecting in the portal but Business Analytics still missing

4. Promise of referral amount (email documented and sent by admission counselor) but no process and next steps shared how to get this claimed
