Inefficient services from DTDC couriers

I had sent one document parcel through DTDC courier services from Bommasandra, Bangalore branch to my home in Hyderabad, Telangana on 03rd Feb 2018. While booking the services I told him that this parcel is very important and should reach by 05th Feb monday at any cost. He replied saying do the booking with Lite services as the express service which costs higher will have same delivery date as there is sunday in between so no need to do express service. I booked Lite (normal service) as per suggestion. I was hoping that by monday evening if not afternoon it will get delivered. I was tracking it online but monday whole day there was no update except that it has reached Hyderabad hub. Tuesday they updated saying it is misrouted. I somehow got the contact number of the delivering office and called him on tuesday. He was saying the parcel is with him but since the delivery address doesn’t come under his area he has sent it back to HUB. It will be delivered by wednesday or later. Since the document was required very urgently We tried going to HUB to collect it personally. During this entire episode I see only and only negligence and wrong information.
