Inordinate Delay in Handing over the Land/Plot by Expat Group

We have an agreement for delivery of Two(2) nos Projects with HARMONY and CREST). We have made all the payments as upfront thru cheque as per agreement & in time.
Both projects were booked in 2014 and First one (HARMONY) were to be delivered within six months i.e. in April,2015 & second one CREST were to be delivered in August,2017. But since then we have been following up for delivery of Projects but they are neither replying the no of mails/phone calls nor giving delivery /possession of the land as agreed in the agreement. Expat -Group has breached all the condition of Contract agreement.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
