Insects in new pack of Nestle Maggi

I brought a new pack of Nestle Maggy from my home town market. when I open the pack for making it suddenly I have seen that there are many insects are moving around the Maggy inside the bowl .then I checked for the expiry and damage so I found everything was ok . It is surprising for me that how come insects are inside the Maggy .Sir I am worried because I was preparing the Maggy for my pregnant wife if suppose I was not alrt and she had to eat then it was quite dangerous for her and my baby too. therefore I decided to file a complaint against the Nestle so plz tell me how can I file a case against then ..I have all the evidence with sample ,picture and video.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
