I recently moved to doddakamanhali road in hulimavu and wanted to get a pre existing wifi connection to the new house but i got to know that there is local issue and that some people are not allowing other service providers to set up connection here. So we had to take local connection which is not good. Consumers should not be forced to choose only 1 service provider when we have so many options especially when we already were using a different service provider with whom we were satisfied. The service provider does not give any costumer id or password nor receipt of the payment. He claims to be giving us hathway connection but the hathway company clearly stated they do not provide internet in this area due to some local problems. I kindly request you to look into the matter.
