I have recharged for alacarte pack in videocon D2H. They first started my pack with one week delay. Then they changed my plan theirself to basic pack after few days on probably 24-25 august. When i complaint them on 1 september, they send me complaint no 524192495 has been resolved. When i couldnt get that pack i contact customer care then they told your plan has been changed to 199 pack without my permission and started telling me benefit of that plan. Kindly help me to get refund of all amount of days i suffered without services and to resume the services properly again.
