Order 4 frames under two different orders on a website called snapstore. Website: thesnapstore.com. order 3 frames and paid 1137rs that is 379rs each frame. Out of these 3 frames only one frame was delivered which was also tampered and broken. Image attached. Got in touch with the admin over email and instagram. Admin agreed to pay 150 partial refund for the broken frame. Then did not address the query regarding other two frames that should be delivered before 16th Aug, however it was not delivered. Now that I am asking for refund for the broken frame and also the frames that were not sent admin is not responding. Please help me get the refund asap.
One frame ordered and delivered damaged. For this also 150 refund.
Now partial refund for two broken frames and two frames delivered. So total refund 1058rs.

I have ordered 24 Polaroids….and I have received only one….I want my refund…this is not great
I ordered a frame from snapstore and it’s a prepaid order but it’s been a long time and I didn’t get any delivery.. also I mailed my query to them 2-3 times and even I messaged them on Instagram but I am not getting any proper response from their side.
