JIO booking failed but amount debited from bank account

It is to your notice that on 24 August 2017, I had I booked Jio phone and submiited fee Rs. 500/- online through my mobile no. 8xxxxxxxx1.

OBC Bank Debit Card. The booking was failed due to some technical reason (failed Ref No. PRCR/78001837/723614606641/4357085001006008) dated 24th August, 2017. My money was debited despite the booking was failed.

Almost 18 days have lapsed, but the said amount is not credited to my account (as it is evident from the online bank statement till date, which is attached with this mail for ready reference). The bank will initiate action only on getting the confirmation of non-payment from Jio side.

after emailing to jio’s customer care till date no refund got. please arrange to refund my money immediately.
