I’ve ordered from Jio Mart mobile app on 15 August 2020. The order was shipped on 16 August 2020 but have not yet been delivered. From 16 August 2020 the expected delivery date is changed to the next falling date. I’ve complaint 4 times in support and all I’m hering is that we have forwarder your complaint and will process It soon [No complaint number provided].
After not getting any response, I shared my concern via twitter on 22 August 2020 but yet no response.
Today is 25 August 2020 and 10 days have passed since the order is placed and shipped.
The nearest Reliance Fresh is under 110 meters from the delivery address. I’ve also visited the store to enquire and pickup the order If possible but they said they cannot do anything I’ve to sort this out with support [Which is not picking up the call].
