Jio Mart cancelled order and not giving refund

Jio Mart had cancelled my order on its own and it has been 1 month but jio Mart is not refunding my amount as well despite lodging several complaints.

Order date was 1st may 2023

Order was cancelled on 4th may 2023

Amount involved was Rs. 4311
