I have ordered on 15 august 2020 from Jiomart app which will provide you the groceries items to buy. I had order some items from this app and these items was expected to deliver on 19 august 2020. But they have not delivered any thing to my home address. Also, I have not shared the otp to their delivery agent. But when i see the status from jiomart app then it is showing delivered. When i tried to communicate to their customercare, even they are not responding to me. I have also twitted about my concern but they have not taken any action about my issue. Please take action about jio mart. I have seen many peoples are facing same issue from this app. please take strict action to jio mart. In this lockdown, it is very hard to earn money but they have deducted my money and not delivered any product. I have attached my orders screenshot.
