MRP 301 Recharge was not credited to my account after it was successfully paid for and the payment acknowledged. I hence not able to use the service.
Complaint to customer support (care[@]jio.com) got no resolution even after 7 days of investigation (I got regular messages that the case was being investigated). After that I received an email saying “the recharge was credited and already used” – a blatant lie for which I have evidence.
