I have complained 10 times on call and e-mail to JioMart customer service. Today is 21-03-2023 and I sent the first complaint e-mail on 28-02-2023 in which they said that they will get back to me within 48 hours but no one has even contacted me back. Then I sent 8-10 e-mails and I’m every e-mail they say that they will reply within 3-5 days but no one has ever replied. On call they say that they cannot do anything about it since they are not the concerned authority for resolving technical issues. Then I asked who the concerned authority is so they replied that they don’t know. They disallowed me from logging in after I added money to my JioMart Wallet. They do not resolve the issue even after complaining 20-30 times.
