I have an account with ICICI Bank. I had been to a Karur Vysya ATM in Ejipura Bangalore on 12/12/2017 and tried withdrawing the amount of Rs, 8000/- however i got a message as amount debited but the cash dint come and gave the complainant to Icici cc SR # 513951929, And they asked me wait for 1 months after a month they r coming back with the answer of the transaction was successful and they can not refund me the money, however I clearly explained them that I din receive the money, finally they agreed to get me the cctv footage, After lot of follow ups from the day 1 today I got a call from Icici customer service and they said that they got the video clippings from KVB bank and sent that clippings to my branch manager ( Icici) after visiting the branch they r showing the image clippings, For the date of 12/11/2017, but I have done the transaction on 12/12/2017, more over there was no video clippings, how that ll come to know weather the customer received the cash in hand or not by just showing the images of the visitors head, According to me the Icici people are doing their jobs but the karur vysha bank is not at all bothered to refund my money plz escalate this and get my money.
