Lenovo K5 Note mobile service

i brought a lenovo k5 note smartphone and now i am facing a problem in touch and i also went to service center they told told that this is an accidental problem but i does not have any accidental problem in my phone .In service center they also opened my phone and now refuse to repair with in warranty . so please do the needful .
