Hello, I had ordered Lenovo Z2 Plus mobile from Flipkart on 30/05/2017, I received it on 5/6/2017, the problem is that they have mentioned that the mobile has FM radio in it on their site but when I received the mobile FM radio was missing so I called their customer care no. 18002089898, the executive put up a replacement request so accordingly i received the replacement mobile on 9/06/2017, in this mobile also there is no FM radio so again I call Flipkart customer care, they told me to contact Lenovo service center, accordingly i called them and they told me that this mobile don’t have feature of FM radio in it so how can Flipkart give wrong specifications of mobile on their site and now they are not ready to refund my money so I need ur help to get my money back and also take some action on Flipkart for providing wrong specification.Kindly find the attached snaps of my bill and screenshot of mobile specification by Flipkart
