I have Broadband and Voip service from Tata DoCoMo. Few months back I received a call from DoCoMo that they have a new plan where all the existing Account holders will get upgrade in service at no extra cost for which I need to close my present account and start afresh by providing fresh set of Documents to them. We abided by.
Our Old Account number:92xxxxxx4 got closed and new Account became operative. The next month I received two bills on the pro-reta basis for the new account and the old account which I oblidged. Now; they are again demanding that one month Bill from the old Account is still pending for which they have not given any proof as such.
I have received a letter of Demand for an outstanding of Rs 865/- from Email ID: TATADocomo.KA[@]tatatel.co.in with a Representative to attend this. Name of the Representative is Ms Sxxxn
