Lost money after payment through ICICI Bank debit card

Yesterday i paid tet fee in ap online through my icici debet card, 500 rs is debited from my acount but i did not got journal number,
Again i paid money that time also debited 500 rs, again i didnot got journal number. So totally i lost 1000 rs for tet fee.
Still i did not refund money. If i call icici bank no one is respond. If i call ap tet help line number… Its always busy busy busy like…. They give help line numbers but those numbers are not working. Totally i lost my 1000 rs for tet application.

Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. Refund from Paytm – Rs.400/-: Mr. Rahul Aggarwal of Punjab (Email: rahulaggarwal248[@]gmail.com) wanted to add 400rs paytm cash to his paytm wallet. The money got debited from his bank account but he did not receive the same in the Paytm account. He was told that the money will be refunded but refund was not done. Refund from Safal Teachers institute – Rs.3000/-: Ms. Namrata Gorava, Mumbai, Maharashtra had paid Rs.3000/- for a course but she did not attend the same and she wanted refund. She requested the institute for refund but did not get any response. Ms. Gorava posted her complaint with ICF on 11-07-2019 and the matter was taken up with the institute.
