Courier sent from Indore branch to Bangalore branch on 2nd Apr 19. Reached Bangalore on 8th Apr 19.
Bangalore Branch denies delivery as non serviceable area. Was Indore Branch sleeping while booking Courier. No one forced them to accept courier.
And Bangalore Branch staff is highly Rude, Non Co-operative. Threaten to return back the parcel if not collected from their branch.
Branch is 20 KM from the Delivery location.
No Manager in Branch, no process of complain. Once Booked parcel with Madhur, its Customer problem to get their parcel back.
Bangalore branch staff (lady) thinks she is the owner of madhur courier and Indore Branch fault of booking wrong order. As if Madhur Courier is her company, Be in Indore Branch or Bangalore Branch, it is Madhur courier responsibility to get courier delivered if accepted. Highly Unprofessional.
