Sir,

I have purchased an Electric Scooter from Ampere company from Bhubaneswar on 12 Jan 2023. The battery having warranty for 05 years. Now the battery is not taking any backup. So I have returned to the dealer (Ampere Show Room near Laxmi Sagar, Bhubaneswar) on 23 Mar 2025. However, since then neither they have responding nor taking any responsibility to replace that warranted battery.
