Pl refer my booking I’d no Nh72xxxxxxxxx6. i have booked four rooms in Hyderabad on from 6 to 7 dec. i was travelling with old aged parents and wife and kids . When I called up hotel just prior to reaching they have refused saying that they have sold the rooms to someone else .kindly look into the matter to get me adequate compensation as the experience was horrible .
