I submitted an OPD claim to Mediassist in the month of July for my one year old daughter for amount Rs. 1184 incurred towards her vaccination. Mediassist generated a claim number and asked me to provide immunization chart. I provided the same to Mediassist.
Again I submitted one more claim in the month of Sep. 2017 (Date: 7 Sep) for amount Rs. 3725 incurred towards my daughter’s second vaccination. Mediassist received the documents but did not generate any claim number for reference. They included/attached these documents to my previous claim and settle the previous claim , paid me Rs. 1184/- (from my first claim).
I requested them to look into the matter and check all the documents that are currently available on their website pertaining to my claim, they review it and confessed that their document team by mistake attached the documents against previous claim, they will share the claim number and will settle the claim soon. I am chasing them since last one month, I called them 32 times over phone and shared more than 10 emails along with all screenshots. But they have not provided me a claim number. Please look into the matter and assist me out. I shall be obliged.
