I have purchased note 4 MI mobile phone on 5th August 2017 for my uncle(Age 55), within 20days phone was self dead.
I have approached the service station last weekend (09-09-17), service team inspected phone & informed me that main mother board, charge board is gone. they will replace the parts.
I requested them not to do that, give the case study so that i want a replacement phone not a serviced phone. As its hardly used by my uncle. Phone is dead, which i dont want to repair it, I need replacement.
Upon reaching customer care team, the floor manager of Mi informed in polite manner, he will take this issue to the top level. Get me the reply on monday. (yesterday).
As per the gentleman words, i received call from arrogant lady from customer care. Stating phone cannot be replaced as its not there policy. She doesnt want to listen to my words nor look into my heeds. She said take the phone from service station.
I’m totally disappointed on the service provided from the team. Withing 20days mother board goes off, not even he has login at facebook or uses whatsapp. Just pick & talk for that it costed mother board.
