I had purchased Micromax (Model no. Q427) smartphone which has fault in touch and charging. So I presented it to Micromax Service center since it was in warranty period. Service center accepted it, but whenever I ask for my phone I get reply to wait for about 1 week. Date of submitting the phone is 09/08/2017 and no information about service is given to me till this day 04/09/2017. Kindly pay attention towards the malpractice by the company and the service center. I am attaching job status sheet (Displayed in Company’s website) along with this complaint.
