Misguidance and miscommunication by SBI Cards

I have Plantinum SBI Credit Card using from 1 year. but due to issue with the voucher of 3000 is given to me is found as expired when i went for claiming the same at various outlets. than i opted to raise my issue with all executives escalated to seniors but NO response from their end. than i again contacted SBI by MAILS AND Calling to close my card but they have NOT closed and one of executive told me as per my eligibility their are TWO cards FREE of cost showing. I confirmed her to GO if and only IF this card is FREE of cost. They send same platinum new card and IN statement the Annual Fees of that card is showing and after 4 months still this issue has not been settled by any of the executive, senior, nodal officers. this is such kind of fraud they are doing.
