I am using TataSky DTH services from past couple of years. and paying monthly rental of 230/- INR. I got payment reminder on July 22nd to recharge 230 Rs for 1 month rental and an offer of annual pack. where it was specified that if i opt for annual pack 1 month rental will be waived off . So, i have recharged with 2530 to opt for annual pack. But after recharging with 2530, i got calls from TataSky executives asking me to pay more to get the mentioned services and started saying my monthly rental amount has been increased to 290. When i insist to pay extra amount, they told to opt for different plan. But till now, i can see my monthly rental amount is 230 in www.mytatasky.com and the same is with Tatasky SMS service. My subscriber ID is 1066984509
Please help on the issue.

I got a call from TataSky executive(Name: Yeswanth) last week . To my surprise, he said whatever package (South Sports special) is displaying in mytatasky.com portal on my name is expired in April itself and he said except package name all other info will get updated on regular basis.
TataSky team..please note one of your executive asked me (in July end) to pay 600 rupees extra to an get for an expired package. Hope you will find all recorded call info.
Is TataSky online portal updates all user package details except for package name ? Can we believe this?
