Misleading information provided while selling used car

Shubh Motors pvt Ltd has sold a preowned vehicle from true value outlet. after 6 month i came to know that insurance paper was fake as it has different colour what RC has. I purchase Alto K10 on 9th january 2017, later i met with an accident on 24th April and from then i am keep running behind shubh Motots to get insurance claim but papers were not ok that is why they havent proceeded. On 3rd June they have transeferred ownership anyhow but now it has financed written on original RC but i have not financed.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
