On February 22, 2023, I made a purchase on Flipkart for a Firebolt Cobra smartwatch priced at INR 3799. In June, I encountered a problem with the watch – both buttons were malfunctioning. I raised a complaint on June 21 and eventually received a replacement. However, the new watch did not have the BP (blood pressure) function, which was a key feature that influenced my purchase. I lodged another complaint, and they assured me of yet another replacement. Unfortunately, even the third replacement lacked the BP feature. Despite numerous follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved with no satisfactory solution. Customer support claimed that the BP feature was removed, but without it, the watch does not meet my needs. I requested a refund during discussions with their representatives, but all I received were empty promises and no further communication. At the time of purchase, I opted for an extended warranty for the product. However, Flipkart inexplicably cancelled my warranty purchase shortly after I received the product. Initially, I overlooked this issue as a minor inconvenience. Still, in light of the ongoing problems with the watch, it has become a significant concern. This situation has been extremely frustrating and distressing as a consumer. I believe it constitutes fraudulent and harassing behaviour. I demand a refund of my money and compensation for the inconvenience and harassment endured. I expect a swift resolution to this matter.
Last Response from Fireboltt Team:
I requested a refund, and they suggested that I select another product, assuring me that it would include features such as BP monitoring and Bluetooth calling. However, the product I received lacked the BP feature (the initial problem that remains unresolved), and other features like calling were also non-functional.
