Missing of one pant out of 3 in packet from Ajio

When I opened the packet,it is found that out of 3 delivered, one pink Stripe pant is missed. I immediately contacted to delivery person about this and he  intimated that return the packet and
lodge complainn to ship but he didn’t respond it. The delivery office staff also said that if you want to return so that we have to collect ,3 items which is quite impossible becoz I got 2 items. Inspite of several email and contact to customer care, there is no respond. It was happened on 26th may,21. I think to purchase from ship through online is  worthless and I lost my money amounting to rs 374
