Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. After your reply i saw that tacking, it is now being forwarded by indian authorities, deutsche post has initiated this investigation after my compliant, i appreciate the deutsche post. hate off for their work sincerity, i have lost many items like this, but i never complain to deutsche post because as usual human guessed it lost is lost, but this is my first time going in to investigation through deutsche post and they have proved to be one of best services in postal helped the customer as their valuable asset.
i appreciate your input on this, good work, keep it up.
