I purchased my samsung phone from bajajfinserv along with fonesafe policy in the month of May’19
On june 23/24 I registered my claim to CPP & had send all required documents as per policy. till date there is no update on my claim & i am being harassed in name of pending documents deliberately by team CPP.
Also I have NOT received policy related documents till now.
I have written several mails to bajajfinserv team, along with fonesafe/ CPP team to update status & send policy documents but noting happened so far even after 60 days of claim submission.
I have decided to stop auto payments to bajaj finserv due to non receipt of policy documents & claim status.
Need legal action against bajaj finserv & fonesafe for their harassment & fraud.

Bajaj is heavenly funding its account in the name of fonesafe policy actually they do this with every customer i am another one of them. I purchased a mobile phone in the month of march and i haven’t received the policy related documents till date.
