I had ordered on 28 Jun’ 2021 which got delivered on 29 Jun’ 2021 Product Name: Redmi Note Pro 10 Price: 18,999/-
We raised the complaint to Mi on dated -29 Jun’ 2021 regarding mobile is missing from box only charger and plastic cover is there in the box.
After 1 day received complaint no on 1st July – and informed us that they will call within 2 days
Since I have not received any response from them, so we only called them to know the status but unfortunately they again diverted us with new email id and again asked to share the details
We have emailed to them with all details and since no response, again we called to them but very shocked with there team response that they closed the case with the reason we have not responded to them and got new complaint no
After many follow ups we are getting diverted each day and giving new complaint number. As on dated we got 4 complaint number from there side for only one issue.
So now we are raising complaint on consumer court. Please Help us on this issue
