Money was debited from my AJIO wallet on June 25, 2022. The amount was ?2,601.9. This was debited without placing any order.
This order id is of an older order which was placed on February 18, 2022, and I returned it and I got the refund also in my bank account on March 6, 2022. And now on June 25, 2022, they deducted the same order amount, and I did not place any order. AJIO customer support executive has checked it over a call and confirmed that it is due to a technical error and she has lodged a complaint but every time they say that we have processed a refund in March and tole me to check with the bank. They are not talking about money debited in June.
