I have purchased the Motog5Plus mobile on 29/6/2017 in Evening (Invoice No. S-2655/2017-18 from Mobile sale centre- Smartphone wala, Agra-282002 and he told us , you bring the micro sim to check the mobile. second day i have given the sim to him to make micro sim, and check the phone communication/function. he conver the sim in micro sim and insert the micro Sim in slot found one lower slot working and other 2nd slot not working. he told us it is a software problem, so you please show your mobile at service center(Siman Electronics, 21A nehru nagar, radha krishn mandir-agra). it is a under guranty period for 7 day, so he will replace the your mobile by new one. when i meet to service center on 3/7/2017 from Mr, Rxxxxxxxr(Sr. Enegineer) , he told us, mobile sim slot damage inside the mobile. so he can not replace. I have convey the same message to shopkeeper, he told us you wait for two day i will talk to service center and dealers. i meet on 6/6/2017 to shopkeeper. he told us , motorola company is not ready to change your mobile, so i could not do anythings, only i can repaired.
Sir, i bring to your notice it is a totaly cheating with customer and damage the trust of customer to branded company -Motorola.
I request please intervenu in this matter and take action against the company to sort out the problem, so that same problem can not repeate with other customers and please replace the my mobile with new one.
