I have ordered a MOTO M mobile handset on 21/09/2017 in Flipkart and it has been written in the specification of the phone in the flipkart website that the network type of the handset is VOLTE enabled. But after getting the phone in hand I observed a huge deviation in the reality and the specification provided in the online shopping website ‘Flipkart’. I requested to the Customer service of Flipkart for about the product on 23/09/2017 and the customer service technical person called me on 27/09/2017 but he couldn’t give me any proper solution and was continuously trying to make me convinced and avoided the matter by telling that he has to discuss with his senior. Then he give me an telephonic appointment on 30/10/2017 with the customer service though I have not get any call from flipkart on this scheduled time. I have contacted many times to the customer service but I have not given any proper solution and every time I have been tried to become convinced by some fake information . As a customer I have been misguided with wrong information about the product and being harassed. At Last I have been notified that my phone will be replaced with another moto m on 10/10/2017. They are trying to delay the procedure so that I couldn’t do anything regarding the issue according to ‘Flipkart 10 days refund or replacement policy’. I don’t think to be cheated further again because the procedure is very time taking and couldn’t believe that they could provide me a VOLTE enabled moto m and again I have to pray for solution to them. Now I am not able to use the handset even after paying the cost of the product also . Therefore, I want either VOLTE enabled Moto M, which they have mentioned in the specification of the phone in the website or refund my money along with compensation for the harassment as soon as possible . I am requesting to make proper investigation about this matter and take necessary remarkable steps against this fraud so that no customer would be cheated like me in future. I am attaching supporting documents that will prove the reliability of information provided by me. Thanking you.
