I have purchased moto z play in Nov. 2016 and few days back it sound was little slow and on 16.6.2017 the touch screen stop working. I have visited service centre in Ajmer on Monday and they told me that their is liquid issue where no such issue occurs with my phone in any case and they asked Rs. 7500 for repair for under warranty phone. The phone is also water proof as mentioned in specification even no such issues occurs with phone. I have made complaint to motorola via email support on web portal but no action till date and they refused as per service centre observation. I have decided to send legal notice so want justice as no fault of mine on this matter at all.
