I have Paid Rs. 7128 towards renewal of my Car Insurance on 15th of June 2017 instead of 12th of June. Soon after the Payment i spoke to customer care representative regarding the late payment, i have been told that the insurance will generated post inspection which is expected to be completed within 48hrs from after payment. its been 5 Months none of the representative has visited for inspection nor refund has initiate. i have made lot of call since 15th July but resolution yet.
Hence i have decided t file a case against ICICI Lombard. due to unavailability of Insurance i have stopped driving my car. This resulted in lot of finance expenses since then. Below are the few expenses. 1. My grandparents were brought to Bangalore for treatement for 40 days, i had to hire a taxi and spend Min Rs. 400.
2. Hired taxi to attend functions and Weekend outing incurred upto Rs. 20000.
3. Last but not the least, i have been caught by the police on 18th July for not having Insurance.
