My G4 play 4th gen X000NBZZ1N has a receiver issue in 8 months after its purchase. Submitted phone for service on 15th nov 17 and no response. When I called after 15 days, service centre replied that phone display need to be changed to fix the issue and asked me to pay 3k to get receiver repaired. How am expected to pay something when its a technical fault from phone and when the display is absolutely fine. I had already walked into service centre 4 times made me wait for hours and hours and finally told me after 15 days to take the phone. I have spoke to the manager too there is no proper response and behaving so irresponsible.
